SX Performance™ Warranty, Terms, and Conditions

To the original retail purchaser of an SX Performance™ product, SX Performance™, subject to the conditions incorporated in this Limited Warranty, warrants that its 18203 In-Line Electric Fuel Pump for EFI & Carbureted Applications are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase.

To the original retail purchaser of an SX Performance™ product, SX Performance™, subject to the conditions incorporated in this Limited Warranty, warrants that its 18205 Electric Street/Strip Fuel Pump for Carbureted Applications, its 18206 Electric Street/Strip Fuel Pump for Carbureted Applications, and its 18207 High Flow Electric Fuel Pump for EFI and Carbureted Application are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

**** Due to the changes in diesel fuel formation, specifically the reduction of sulfur content, SX Performance™ will not warranty fuel pumps that fail due to this condition. ****

To the original retail purchaser of an SX Performance™ product, SX Performance™, subject to the conditions incorporated in this Limited Warranty, warrants that its 15402 EFI Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator, its 15404 EFI Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator, its 15410 Carbureted Adjustable High-Flow Fuel Pressure Regulator, its 15411 EFI Adjustable High-Flow Fuel Pressure Regulator, its 15412 Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator, its 15413 Adjustable Carbureted Bypass Fuel Pressure Regulator, its 41002 Slim-Line Fuel (excluding filter element), and its 41003 Slim-Line Fuel Filter (excluding filter element) is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase.

The maximum liability of SX Performance™ in connection with this warranty shall not under any circumstances exceed the contract price of the product claimed to be defective.  All SX Performance™ Limited Warranties shall become null and void in the event of damage to the product(s) resulting from any of the following: UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR; ALTERATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS OF THE PRODUCT(S) BY ANYONE OTHER THAN SX PERFORMANCE™; BREAKAGE DUE TO DROPPING OR MISAPPLICATION; DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ACCIDENTS; ABUSE OR MISUSE OF THE PRODUCT IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER; OR  DAMAGE RESULTING FROM  INCORRECT OR IMPROPER INSTALLATION BY CONSUMER OR AGENT THEREOF.

No SX Performance™ product is recommended or warranted for aircraft use or applications and SX Performance™ disclaims any and all responsibility for such misapplication.

In the event of a defect in workmanship or material of the products, SX Performance™ will repair the warranted product, or any defective part(s) thereof, at the discretion of SX Performance™, without charge to the original retail purchaser for such repair or replacement.  All SX Performance™ Limited Warranties do not apply to labor charges, material, or other incidents in connection with the removal and/or replacement of such defective product on the original retail purchaser’s vehicle. 

SX Performance™ Limited Warranties are in lieu of and expressly exclude any and all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty merchantability or of fitness for a particular application or purpose.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

No merchandise should be returned to the factory for warranty or exchange without first contacting SX Performance™ for authorization.  Failing to contact SX Performance™ prior to returning product will result in the product being sent back to the customer at once, without repair of product.  To obtain authorized warranty service, please call your SX Performance™ Customer Service Representative at 314-644-3000.  All merchandise returned for warranty evaluation must be submitted with a copy of the original purchase receipt. 

SX Performance™ expressly retains the right to make changes and improvements in any product that it manufactures and sells at any time.  These changes and improvements may be made without notice at any time and without any obligation to change the catalogs or printed matter of SX Performance™ or to change or improve any SX Performance™ product previously manufactured.
